My grandmother's dying of Alzheimer's. Her brother is now currently trying to steal their late father's trust fund for the family (he was a very very successful and 'famous' stock broker) basically for himself. He's had his cronies and friends set up fake companies for him to "invest" the fund's money into, which will eventually end up in his pocket, just to name one of the loathesome things he's been doing. And you know, it's sort of scary to know that if he's barred from the room during her final moments, my family is going to be judged as immoral by people who've never even met them. ARe you accusing Bob and Mary Shindler of stealing money from their daughter? Or, are you pointing out something else that is unfortunate, but has absolutely nothing to do with Terri Schiavo? |

Pissin, shut the fuck up. Let me break it down for you and anyone else who wants to know. We are not going to have an avitar that says, "Hail Satan." Dig? You can replace it with "Praise Jesus" as you have done if you like - I don't really care what you put in your avitar. No need for anybody to get their panties all in a wad. "Hail Satan," or any other phrase used in poor taste to deliberately give offense is unacceptable. We're not going to have the possibility of search engines and scripting programs picking up on that shit and causing unwanted and unneeded problems. Period. End of story. Is that simple enough?

I don't judge Mike Sciavo, but I have to wonder why he wouldn't rather be spending the day with his live-in girlfriend and their 2 children than watching his wife die. I mean, if you're going to abandon someone, at least have the decency to see it through to the end. I'm sure the insurance money he'll be recieving will help him sleep better at night, though. |

I'm pointing out how the Schindlers have been trying to control their daughter via food basically since she was a teenager, how they willfully turned this into a pathetic media circus in order to maintain that control, and how it really doesn't matter what I say anyway because as I've already established, you're far too entrenched to objectively listen anyway. Hopefully you'll take this newfound sense of moral superiority, and instead of letting it fade, you'll devote more time to charity or volunteer work. I'm sure there's a few homeless people in Ohio that could really use the attention you've been giving to other total strangers. |
