Face it, her parents are fucking retards. They had her suffer all this time. Why should they be there with her? It's like "it's ok honey, we're here for you as you're finally dying" if she could actually talk she would say "wow thanks a lot assholes, you know you could have just ended my pain years ago!" If you believe that she was in a PVS, then there was no suffering. YOu are the fucking retard for believing that you can have it both ways. Either she was suffering, and therefore not PVS, and therefore it was illegal to kill her, or else she was not suffering, in a PVS, and legal to let her die. But if it was that, then her parents weren't fucking retards. But either way, you are.

But I thought she wasn’t in any pain? That’s why starving her to death wouldn’t be felt. Remember? I assumed she was in some kind of pain. I mean they were giving her morphine weren't they?

Yes, I am sure Michael wanted to spend those moments with her. None on a regular basis in the past few years, but those moments were a must. Talk about a media hog.But you don't know how much time is enough time, either way, because it's hearsay. YOu're defending the bastard on hearsay, so apparently, that's okay with you.

I assumed she was in some kind of pain. I mean they were giving her morphine weren't they? The morphine was administered for breathing. In the death process, morphine serves a role beyond pain management.

I don't even know what the fuck a PVS is!
Either way her parents are still fucking retarded. 15 years of that bullshit! You're just dragging it out and making the ending of her life even more horrible.

Even if she felt no pain at all, and even if she felt no emotion at all, which may be the case, why keep her alive? What the hell kind of life is that? Laying in a hospital bed not being able to do anything but go "uhhghgghghg" , which retarded people interpet as "I want to live!"

Which is not what I'm doing. I am saying that because most of the stuff beyond the court proceedings in this case is hearsay, it is just as plausible a claim that Michael Schiavo was telling the truth about his wife's stated wishes and that her parents were just flat out wrong. Of course, we won't ever know for sure either way. But to call the man a bastard because his actions don't conform to your bias formed almost entirely by hearsay is a bit crazy.

President Bush sent condolences to Schiavo's families. "I urge all those who honor Terri Schiavo to continue to work to build a culture of life where all Americans are welcomed and valued and protected."
I'm glad the president knows just the right thing to say

Kenny, you are throwing way more into my anger than is actually there. It is truly this simple. Terri Schiavo died while her mother, father, brother, and sister were barred from being there. They made it clear to Michael that they wanted to be there, and they were denied. NO sick fuck could claim that THAT was Terri's wishes. There is absolutely no good reason to give for taking that action. Throw all the other stuff out. As you said, it may or may not be true. But unless you can cook up a good reason why on earth Michael Schiavo's own attorney would be lying about him it is a FACT that he barred four of her dearest loved ones from being there while she was dying. Either defend THAT, or shut the fuck up in claiming that it's wrong to find that to be the action of a bastard.

I guess I'm gonna shut the fuck up, then, because Chrisfan told me to. Apparently, in her world, there's no good reason to shut loved ones away from a dying relative's room.

Pat Buchanan will be at our school today. I do hope he doesn't bring this up.

Pat Buchanan will be at our school today. I do hope he doesn't bring this up. You're a bit dellusional if you think he won't. Not to mention that he would not be doing his job if he didn't. He's a news commentator. The reason he has a job, and the reason he is speaking at your school, is because he comments on what is happening in the world.

Maybe Terri didn't want them there. Did you ever think about that? I know this is something you can't get through your thick skull, but maybe just mabye, if she could even form a single thought in that fried head of hers, it could be she is happy her husband is taking part in ending her suffering. And maybe she is really upset with her parents for letting it go on this long.
I know I'd be upset with my parents. I mean even if it wasn't in my will, I'm sitting here like a lump of dog shit. I can't do anything. Christ, just end it already! Stop fighting for me, I'm a rotting vegetable! Use some good judgement! That's what I would be thinking.
If what he is saying is true, then that means he is following her wishes, while her parents are going totally against them. And that's pretty messed up.
If you can't understand that, then you're as braindead as Terry.

Pissin, shut the fuck up. There's only one way to think about this. Chrisfan has already illustrated this. You don't have the values to see this clearly.
