Dear Drum, it is ok, I understand the male obsession with hockey.
I trust the flaming 'C' is for the mighty Calgary? It is good to be in touch again too. I have been meaning to tell you that my real life Mimble is back to her old self after her leg mishap last year. To people who don't know, Ms Mim is actually my dog. She is a Scottish Collie, and last year she ruptured all the tendons off her fluffy front leg. She cost me a frickin' fortune but she lives to run another day!
Good for you, Scott and Mellie! When you approach immigration Mell, make sure you remember that the immigration dept. is not a true reflection on Australians in general. Good Luck with it.
Hey to you to, Kat! I am in Bankstown often. My mum at the age of 72 has decided to go back to work because she is bored and now works there. She is hilarious.

dear god...never thought i'd see your screen name around these parts, mim! welcome back. bankstown, ey? i think i remember you living somewhere remotish. i'm the one from the blue mountains. dr drum...also, haven't seen your username in a long time, welcome. same to you, thorngrub. jesus, damn straight you should be afraid of briefcases. though i can't remember what i said. all i know is my intention was to scare you and play on your paranoid email thing. my mission accomplished? nice version of a reply, btw. very non abrasive. i ammm sssoooo sick and i have an assignment due on monday. i am sweating all the time, and doing crazy things that i wobn't go into on the boards because it involves phlegm and revoltingness. but, this illness coincides with me changing my brand of cigarettes to a weaker pack...is this purely COINCIDENCE? I THINK not!! welcome back from your hiatus, dolly. i hear jesus is beautiful this time of year, hope you got all the appropriate vaccines though, god knows what you could catch!

Yo Katamaran! These boards have me confuddled I dislike change And I've OD's on Ben & Jerry's - me feel very sick. But.... I'm going to see The Cure and The Pixies (in a festival line up) in June. Woo hoo!!!! ok. 1) love the name. hahahaha. i was afraid of small boats until i went canoeing a few years ago. i geuss katamarans wont count...my god, ive had way too many medicines today. 2) i hate change too. freaks the hell out of me. thats why im questioning this sickness, i changed smokes. ive been smoking 12 milligrams since god knows how long...and the brand i buy has special chemicals in them...so i went into withdrawals and then got sick. eh. i kinda feel like a baby is going to start crawling across the wall at any moment and i'll be wearing acid wash jeans, a midriff top and be in the middle fo scotland. 3) who or what is ben and jerrys? 4) you bgitch!! you lucky, lucky bitch! (nice way). the chances of the pixies coming over here is...zilch. and the cure..well, i can forget that. i have a date of sorts to the premiere australian screening of the day after tomorrow at this cinema where you get free alcohol etc. im so sick i doubt ill be able to go because ill be sweating and phlegming all over steven...and on top of that...i'm absolutely pertrified of tsunamis or tidal waves and thus am going to have a psychotic reaction to the film. the good news? i can go on weepings movie board and release spoilers to an obvious film.

Mim, at our house hockey's not just a male obsession! J. is worse than I am, truth to be told – I gave up on the Philly – Tampa game last night when the Flyers tied it but I'm sure she stayed up for the overtime. She's seen almost every game that's been telecast this playoff season in it entirety.
The flaming "C" was indeed the Calgary logo put up yesterday in honour of the series win over the Sharks. And now, in true superstitious sports fan fashion, taken down so as not to jinx them in the Cup final. Just kidding – I may pop it up again once the next series gets going.
Good to hear that Mimble is back to her old self. Jimmy, our old boy, turned 14 in March and is just now starting to show his age a bit. Little bit of trouble going up stairs although I think half of it is just psychological because when he really wants to do it, he can still do it like he was 2. But he's getting so he likes to be pampered and babied a bit.
Thanks, kat. Good to be here. I've been around just on different boards than you I guess. To answer your no. 3, Ben and Jerry's is an American liberal ice cream.

Scones with jam and cream. Oh boy, now Im getting hungry. And Im even eating Cheetos, which is SO against my diet its not funny.
I need to go online and find a recipe for Scones. I made them when I was in Australia. Problem is, we dont have creme like they do there. All of ours is super sweet and just not right. Its a travesty of dairy I tell ya.
