This one goes to Dirty for me. More great songs is the reason. I got bombasted last time I said this but anyway, here goes again: I only like the first four songs on Daydream Nation but I really like them alot. But I'm certain it's gonna win this poll. Washing Machine would be my 2nd choice and after that, Goo.

3) Sonic Nurse

I just voted for Dirty....It's not my personal favorite, but it's the album that got me into SY, and I think its loaded from start to finish w/ quality songs. IMO many SY albums have filler songs, or just overly pretentious songs; Dirty is their most complete IMO.
My top 8 ( I have no idea why I'm doing 8, I just am....):

I go with Daydream Nation all the way. I like Dirty a LOT, but I don't find it as rewarding. I pop in Dirty more than I do Daydream Nation, but when I put in Daydream Nation, it's usually the only thing I listen to for at least a week.

Luke said it exactly – I don’t need to hear Daydream Nation all that often but when I listen to it, it just completely takes over.
I generally go more for their early stuff but Dirty is a great record, too.

I'm gonna go with Sister, and Daydream Nation as ties, though EVOL and Dirty are close seconds. Sonic Nurse was my favorite album of '04.

It wasn't my #1 of '04, but I certainly wouldn't argue with anyone who would say it was. That was the best album they'd done since Washing Machine, maybe even longer.
