ok pat, a question 4U: Have you found that MILK tastes SO MUCH BETTER if you drink it after eating some spaghetti? Kinda like how good a cold glass of milk tastes with PANCAKES or WAFFLES. I'm just trying to find someone else who has found this to be true, about milk tasting better with spaghetti. I am thinking you like milk after those foods because they are such heavy carbs, dries you out. |

Thank you! I used to be HUGE milkaholic as a kid, even into my early twenties. Then one day, it turned into this thick nasty dairy wave of nausea.

lol haha yeah, I know what you mean amp . . . . It's gotta be 2% for me, now . . . and that's ONLY to be used in: coffee ~ ~ ~ ~ I don't even put milk in cereal, unless I'm out of my beloved RICE DREAM, vanilla. That stuff is the BEST in cereal. |

And (since I'm still on my *NO REFINED SUGAR* kick) now I don't even use HONEY in coffee (unless I'm out of my beloved AGAVE NECTAR, dark).

Maybe a secret, maybe not, but for all of you who have reservations towards tuna-fish samitches--ADD SLICED UP APPLE--I can't get enough tuna now. It was one of the only valuable food recipes I took away from the Hippie household I visited when I was younger.
