What exactly was Eric Woolfson's position in "the pink floyd tree"? I could be wrong but as far as I know the only association he had with the Floyd was that they shared the same producer on a record or two. Is that all it takes? Does that mean Al Stewart is part of the "pink floyd tree", too? Or Sarah Brightman? Or Peggy Lee? MARVIN HAMLISCH? ? Perish the thought. So, by "pruned" are you suggesting that these peripheral branches of the tree are being whacked from the trunk to the betterment of the "pink floyd tree" itself? I mean, I never had much of a problem with Woolfson, other than a low opinion of his narcoleptic vocal stylings, but jeez, "pruning" That's gotta hurt his friends and family. The little Porcupine Tree pseudo-reference was not very clever, but the rest of that post would be fitting for Woolfson's epitaph. Finally, Chrissie Hynde has been known to spew out Hallmark quality colloquialisms, but people cut her a lot of slack because of her place in the pink floyd tree...she shares a gardener with Roger Waters and has an autographed copy of "The Final Cut".

Of course I do. Haven't I told you that already? I mean, the first couple of years you used it I thought it was kinda lame. You'd think it would get old after so long, but on the contrary, it's grown on me like a large zit in the middle of my forehead.
I love it, but it frustrates the shit out of me when I try to figure out just what the hell your avatar is supposed to be.

simply one of the world's greatest multi-dimensional artists, mikalojus konstantinas ciurlionis (michael constantine ciurlionis for the heathens:)) and an INCREDIBLE watercolorist. you enlarged it right? i would hope, if you're really curious about it as you say: Truth here: ciurlionis.licejus.lt/MKC_Tapyba.htmclick and enlarge and use that babel fish i know you've got, to translate if you hafta. i think you'd dig his work. my wife and i went to the ciurlionis museum in kaunas lithuania in 2003, spent 5 hours there looking at this guy's turn-of-the-century works....we went back again the NEXT day. um, 'culture hog'? oh yes fuckin' A right!

Pretty cool stuff. Loses a lot with the shrinkage, but maybe looks a little bigger on a larger monitor.
What is a babel fish? I honestly don't know what one is and it frightens me just a bit to know I've got one without even knowing.
