Pretty keen to hear the new Bruce Cockburn-album Speechless, as it is an instrumental album- so now reviewers can concentrate on what a great guitarist he really is... I saw that was coming out too....agee that it sounds like it'd be a good listen! ( did pick up my "Wish List" title Z by My Morning Jacket this past week.....in a word: swwweeeeeettt!) |

Lagwagon have a new one Oct. 31. It is the first cd that I will ever buy on the day of it's release, no matter what price it is. My favorite band of the last 10 years.

Hmm, got that Propagandhi in today- must give it a listen
Listened to Bruce Cockburn's Speechless which turned out to be a compilation of instrumentals from earlier albums plus some new material and rarities- an engaging listen but somehow I long for his voice too.

New Epicure, new Epicure... ya know, JB will probably have it out and some really low price like $19 or something, which is low by Australian standards... I'd have to be an idiot to pay $700 to the tax man this year like I have to and not spare that small amount of my savings on one little CD.... :-)

Maarts - Please do give the Propagandhi a spin and let me know what you think. The song Die Jugend Meirchat (or something like that) is the only one I've heard. I like it a lot.
