Does irony have to be funny? I laughed through the whole performance, FWIW. But maybe the nitrous oxide leak next door had something to do with that. Yeah, it was pretty hilarious. But I think I've said my piece on that one.

I thought it was funny in that "wow, he hit that one square on the mark" way that gives you a shocked look. Sort of like how Wonder Showzen is to me. Just so brave and subversive that you're amazed first, amused second.
I mean Bush was 15 feet away from him! Laura wouldn't even shake his hand!

Jesus, I guess irony truly is dead. You're right. Mrs. Irony Truly passed away peacefully last Wednesday. She would have been 102 today. LMAO! Seriously, convey my condolances to Ms. Truly's family. Is her husband, Yours Truly, still around? BTW, love that new avatar ... DEATH TONGUE RULES!

Shin, I hadn't heard that Laura wouldn't shake his hand. That's too funny.
What about Bush's reaction? Has anyone heard anything about how he reacted? Or did it go over his head?

Yours Truly died long ago and passed on the family business to his son, Sincerely.

I've heard reports that he sat just as motionless during the actual roast as Laura did. But supposedly afterward Bush stood up and shook his hand and said "Good Job". I think he was being a good sport about it and to that I nod my head in approval.

She stops in the factory from time to time.
Eventually Sincerely handed the business down to his first born, GTG TTYL, who switched the product from paper to digital. God help them when GTG TTYL's first born, LOL U SUK, is old enough to take over. They'll probably go under within the first quarter.

I used to work with a girl who once started a fire with a pop-tart. Now that's [shadow=black,left,300]INSANE[/shadow]

It's true, though. I still have no idea how she did it.

haha. Deluded much? Maybe thats a side effect of not being laid in so long? Masturbation doesn't count. So this is you trying to pick a fight with me or something? No. Its just me standing up for the little guy. I'm firm & unwavering in my beliefs like that, a noble fighter of injustices & so on & so forth. You seem happy to dish it out, so you should be able to take it.
