Some of my Favorite beers: Guinness Sierra Nevada IPA Leinenkugel's Yuengling Porter Pilsner Urquell Bass Grain Belt Three Floyds Alpha King Fuller's ESB Molson Canadian Warsteiner La Fin du Monde The list goes on and on... I love hops and I can't stand all the mass-produced beer-flavored beverages (Anheuser-Busch/Miller products) that are so popular in this country. Damn I'm thirsty. For the record, this post made Fuzz's cool points shoot through the roof. Best overall poster right here. Sorry Rocky.

Have you ever had Victory Hop Devil? It's quite delicious here's a description: Victory Hop Devil Style: IPA Origin: Pennsylvania This copper colored beer pours a bit hazy but the head is nice. It has huge grapefruit aromas along with some grain and spiciness. The body is rather creamy which you don’t see in to many IPA’s. The flavor is a wonderful assault of citrusy hop flavor and well as a touch of spice and grass. If you can find the malt behind all of those hops, it will be rather toasty, bready and a touch sweet. If you are a hop-head, you must not miss this one. If you are not a hop-head it is still one heck of a beer.

I used to make my own beer during the winter months ... I stopped because I was drinking too much of the stuff and I was starting to show one mean beer belly ... !!
My favorite was called Winnipeg Lager and it was made with Ligh Malt extract and the same quantity (1.8 kg.) of fresh Clover Honey plus a few buds of Cascade hops I grew myself ...
Refreshing and nourishing all at the same time ...
Other batches I made often were -- East India Pale Ale -- Pilsners from Czech Republic -- Lagers from all over the world
