The Sedaka clique began in response to the banning of the first troll here. This, after the RS community had been rendered all but useless by trolls before its demise. The poster was invited to return, and did for a time, but a schism remained. I don't know or care about what other groups may have preceded it in some form or fashion. Anyone can start a message board and invite anyone they wish. But it had nothing to do with RocDoc. It's all right here on about the first 20 pages of the Welcome board and the Troll Tribunal board, among others, for anyone who cares to look. I just did, in fact, and it's very illuminating to read again after all this time. Apparently you need to read it again, because Knight is not, and never has been, and never will be, a troll. I'm sorry, but I can't continue this conversation with you. The rest of your post suggests your ability to comprehend what I was saying is not up to standard as well, so it would just be a waste of both our time to attempt to do so. Nice try, shin. |

I have trouble trying to mediate here between strat and shin. I don't know which proof strat has to state that Knight was indeed a troll. I found it hard to believe, knowing Knight was a regular on the old RS who posted frequently there on the Pearl Jam-board.
I don't think that raising this issue will resolve anything. But strat, you seem to have 'forgiven' PEW here, is it not possible for you to make some sort of effort to welcome back any of the Sedaka-people who went away from here after the troll-saga played out?

That whole incident really has nothing to do with sedaka now except to show that Strat made up his mind about all of this a long time ago. Despite that, strat still tries to be fair and I appreciate that but if this proves anything else it's that we're too thick to change much.

I've met Knight. He's not a troll. It's no more being a troll to play a "oh no! even proboards is infiltrated by the bombers on the very first day!" joke than it is to think I'm a spammer because I paste a lot of dancing gifs (*cough*). Context is everything.
Again, there's no reason arguing with people who've already made up their minds and who won't trust anything else. That's the lesson of this thread.
