I'm cool with my junior status. I'm all moved in now. It's fantastic! I never had any reservations or misgivings - but if I had have had - thy would have been ill-founded. Not sure where all my stuff is going to go though. I didn't realise the sheer volume of my clothes, shoes and handbags alone. Shocking. It's raining at Wimbledon. Quelle surprise  |

Good to hear you are all moved in and settled now Dolly! I'm sure its a comforting feeling to have the bulk of the work behind you!!!
Spare a thought for Mellie... she's moving to a new apartment in about ten days! I wish i was able to be there to help out!!!

Yeah Scotts, it's Glasto weekend and the Wimbledon championships - so rain is a definite cert. Our lad Tim Henman is going well winning his match yestrerday in straight sets. Very kind of the lad considering his usual method of advancement is to give the nation several hours of near heart failure with a few saved match points thrown in. We love the fella, but he does nothing for our health. So Mellie's moving? Yeah, tis stressful indeed - though my move has been reasonably stressfree thanks to Jllm. He's a love - it's very difficult to get stressed around him - he calms me greatly  I'm sure Mellie will be cool - sounds like she has much to look forward to in the next frew years anyhow. Which reminds me - next time I access my hotmail, I'll be sending you an email exclaiming - "Spill all, sport!" |

Yeah, she's moving to new place within a week... quite a stressful time for her I think!!! If she's not onlinemuch after next weekend it'll only be because her internhet's not connected for the first week or so she's there... annoying, but thank god for telephones! :-)

you know, all i wanted was someone to communicate with. that's all. you know, i would voice my concerns about the world through email, only no-one would bother to reply to them. or perhaps even read them, who can tell. i'm just come fucking cosmic amusement to drift in and out and say stupid things so everyone can have a piss and giggle and move on to much more serious and interesting things. well if no-one else makes the fucking effort, why should i??? and don't worry, i'm not going to do something stupid. so you don't have to give any concern. oh, and i haven't been drinking either. wow, everything is out of the ordinary. how wonderful. and no, i'm, not alright. but i'll just get throuh, and wait for someone to reply. ever. ignore that. i feel better now, i just watched freddy vs jason. stupidity can solve the most major of crises.
last exam on wednesday. my media exam went really well. well, one 5 mark part not too well, but i went great in the essay section and article writing...so yay me. i'm on a distinction average, and contrary to what layla said about everyone getting hds in the first year, we're all scaled....i've been scaled to a high credit average, i think. sick to death of politics, but forced to enrol in a political science course next semester due to gender studies being moved to only being a first semester subject for some weird reason.

ans that's how blue the sky really is in sydney. i haven't seen a cloud in a week. it has only rained abour three times since autumn started in march. fucking ridiculous. give me rain!!!!

i got a lovely email. they want smokers. i fulfilled all requirements (smoke 11-20 smokes a day, 18 years old, occasionally buy smokes from pub vending machines [only because thats the only place besides the supermarket and newsagency that sells them at uni] hang out in the cbd, and am loyal to one brand specified)
wahoo! eighty bucks in my hand and free lunch in a few weeks.
our home is girt by sea....our land abounds in nature's gifts, of beauty rich and rare, in history's page and every stage (?!) advance australia faaaaaaaaaair. in joyful strains then let us sing, advaaaaance, australiaaaa fair.

second last exam tomorrow and i feel fine about it.
