Kenny Loggins was actually kind of good when he was in Loggins and Messina in the 70's, and maybe his first couple of solo albums too...until he became a total wuss and a corporate soft-rock Hollywood soundtrack sellout hack... Really? I thought the only songs he ever recorded were "Footloose" and "Danger Zone". I always hated both.

I wonder if any of the profits from Live Aid are going to go to the same Ethiopians who were starving to death back in '85. I laughed my ass off when I read that. Does this make me a heartless bastard, or does that honour go to the post's author?

You're right goin, it wasn't really that great it could be done a lot better. But considering it is the actual location where everything took place I guess they're not going to knock down the house and studio to build an actual museum to make it look better. I just couldn't believe I was walking down the same halls as some of my favorite singers and performers once did. And that it was the exact same place where they made such great music.
I always wonder if those benefits ever help anyone. Seems like people keep on starving anyway.

Make mine a roast beef on wheat with yellow mustard, lettuce & tomato, and a pickle on the side. And hold the mayo.
