My little piece of land is shaped like a fat L
where I got 145' of frontage but only 83'
in the back of the lot ...
I end up with 145'X175 and 83'X550' ...

I closed on the house yesterday! Moving in about a week. Anybody want to buy a condo on the south side of Birmingham? On the side of Red Mountain with a winter view of the city?
