I didn't think it'd be too hard to narrow down this down to 35 MCs but I was wrong, I left some greats off...so who is it? The best MC?
Also I consolidated a few if they're not known outside of a group, for instance De La Soul, honestly I'm not sure if I could tell the difference between those three anyway.

but...I'll just follow in Rocky's footsteps and voted for Chuck D, even though Chucks F, M, and R are way better...they lack proper representation.

For this list, I guess I'd vote Biggie. There's no question that Pac was the Michael Jordan of flow, and was a better "rapper" than anyone on the list, but that's not completely what makes a great M.C. Biggie had that ability to move along and interact with the beat like just about no one else.
