Just goes to prove you can't have unmoderated boards once they have been targeted by a troll(s). I can't believe they're just going to let him go on and on again, what with the tools available today. Once again, the question is, "What are they thinking?!" Fortunately, nobody is posting much over there and few are even lurking. Who would? It must really take some of the fun out of it for them. Nobody cares. So sad.

I don't believe that's really numbers. I had a many run in with numbers and that just doesn't seem like him. It's probably the same pathetic ass that all the others are. I think that guy is having flame wars with himself...he's really missed those boards. Absolutely. Yeah, numbers had it in for you particularly, as DED, as he did with a few others - who knows why. But I figure you'd be able to spot the genuine article. This is a different moron. Even more boring. |

Yeah, the new RS.com boards suck, but I registered this name anyway. Don't know if I'll ever get around to actually posting anything, but I had to make sure no one stole my name. Anyone can have "Slarknaked" if they want it, that was a stupid username anyway.

Okay I caved I went and looked at all 29 pages of RS veterans reunion board.
After that I can bare no others.
That is the biggest waste of time I’ve ever seen.
Confirms a thousand fold my decision not to register.
Seen it once, won’t go back.

I made my daily weekly monthly visit to the RS veterans reunion board today, and noticed that the "rnrdr" impostor has been banned. Probably for the post that had the picture of a member from here. The troll will likely find a work-around -- I don't know how secure their boards are. If they can effectively block IPs it might have eliminated a handful of the impostors at once. It's still a troll wasteland, though, which is why it continues to be largely uninhabited. Poor Tok.

In all honesty, what exactly is the difference between the way things are handled over there, and the way they are here anymore? Thorn can get away with saying vile and disgusting things and it goes unchecked. Melon can be wished everything negative short of death, and it's considered justified. Shin can do absolutely NOTHING but work to provoke angry responses from people, and it's written off as Shin being Shin. So people don't stretch the screens around here. BFD. I wouldn't be shaking my head too much at the way thing are done there before taking a look at what is going on here. |

Have you looked at the current RS boards Chrisfan? Yeah, there are things here that might not be perfect, but the last time I looked over there, it was almost impossible to find anything resembling intelligent discourse, on any subject.
At least here, there's plenty of actual discussion taking place. Over there, it's almost nothing but trolls and disgusting posts.
If RS.com had been like that back in '98 ... well, I'd have saved myself a lot of time on the internet, as I wouldn't have bothered signing up, much less posting ... and posting ... and posting ...
