I missed the first group, so I've got some catching up to do...
ABBA - When All Is Said and Done (best), Does Your Mother Know (worst)
Wacko - Working Day and Night (best), Heal the World (worst song by any major artist EVER!)
Beatles - Nowhere Man (best), Good Day Sunshine (worst)
Stones - Brown Sugar (best), Anybody Seen My Baby (Worst)
Zep - Trampled Underfoot (best), In My Time of Dying (worst)
Bowie - Golden Years (best), Day In Day Out (worst)
Yes - don't really know enough of their songs to be much of a judge, but I'd say I've Seen All Good People (best) and Leave It (worst)
Alice Cooper - I Never Cry (best), How You Gonna See Me Now (worst)

Abba: Knowing Me, Knowing You (still one of the best songs about divorce in all of rock/pop); Tiger (or I Am the Tiger, or some such crap). Michael Jackson: Billy Jean; Man in the Mirror The Beatles: god, best Beatlesong is really, really tough ... but right now, I'll go with Macca's masterpiece, Let It Be; worst ... easy ... number 9, number 9, number 9 (Revolution #9) The Rolling Stones: Gimme Shelter; oh, so many to choose from ... but that piece of crap Has Anybody Seen My Baby (with hook lifted from k.d. lang) was scraping the barrel and gets my vote. Great idea for a board, BTW!

Led Zep: erm, I really don't like Led Zep ... I guess Rock and Roll; worst? oh god there's so much from them I just can't stand ... but if I never have to hear Stairway to Heaven again I'll be just fine with that. Bowie: Ashes to Ashes; lots of crap from before Space Oddity, back when he was doing his Anthony Newley imitation ... in terms of his main body of work ... well, I've never liked Kooks or Andy Warhol much. Yes: Best? That's a word that doesn't get used much with Yes. How about the playout groove to any of their LPs? OK, then how 'bout Owner of a Lonely Heart?; worst? Everything else they ever did ... seriously. Utter crap. Alice Cooper: Best is actually really hard ... but my fave from Alice is No More Mr. Nice Guy; worst? again, after Alice Cooper stopped being a band and became just the front man's caberet act, there was lots of crap. For being a harbringer of things to come, I'll name The Black Widow AC's worst.

OK, no sooner to I hit "post" but I realize that I've made a mistake in my post. After much consideration (OK, about 2 seconds worth of realization) I need to switch my Bowie "best" from Ashes to Ashes to "Heroes." In particular, the six-plus minute rendition that's found on the album. Absolutely steller ... one of the 10 greatest songs in all of rock and roll.
