Went for an evening walk and jog around the apt. complex. My right knee is finally able to withstand the stress. For a few days there I thought my knee was about to give out. I passed some thresh-hold tonight in my running regiment. I'm able to run further distances without passing out from lack of oxygen, or feel like my lungs are about to explode. I have learned this routine in exercising. I'm actually starting to enjoy running, thats what I'm saying I guess.
Any-hoo, tonight while running I passed this gorgeous hunk of a guy who was smokin' and posin' in front of his building. Sigh... saying "Hey!" I ran passed him. In fact I ran faster you know to like, show off. Funny the things we do to attract attention to someone we find appealing. Learned something about myself tonight. In how I interact with others. Interesting.
Hey Mat, let me know if you want to listen to a great Kabbalah set of tapes. I'm on tape 5 sides 9 and 10. Focuses on Spiritual Correction and Reincarnation and Kabbalah Astrology. I listen to them as I run. Helps me stay focused and alert. The best tape out of the series yet. I look forward to the last tape, tape 6 sides 11 and 12, then repeating the tapes again.
I can dub you a copy if you want...it (the tape series entitled "The Power Of Kabbalah") is extremely fascinating.

Found a rhythm I suppose is the word I was searching for in regards to running. A pace rhythm and a breathing rhythm. Have to have those two functions cooperating with the other.
Isn't that interesting?

You'd love the Big Box-Mart parody from the above link Ampy. Considering how you abhor Walmart. Check it out.

Passed another mile stone in my jogging routine. Was able to traverse the bridge back and forth for the first time today.
Hooray for me.
See I started with 1/2 a lap (one way) at first then an entire lap and now today ran back and forth without pausing.
Was only able to do that once. The rest of the laps I only ran 1 1/2 laps and then 1 lap without pausing.
Try to do 10 laps (5 each way) of the bridge at least twice a week. The rest of the time I run/walk/jog 10 laps around the apt. complex.
Am able to do 30 situps and 30 pushups now as well.
Aren't you excited?!
